Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit 1 pet per home.
Maximum adult weight is 20 pounds.
Pets must be at least 1 year of age.
Pets must be housebroken.
Non-refundable pet fee is $400.00.
